About Us

Mike D. Castaldi has been a licensed massage therapist since 1992. He has a Holistic Health Practitioner license, HHP, which is the highest massage license issued by the City of San Diego. Mike is NCBTMB, National Board certified. He was President of the San Diego Sports Massage team from 1995 until 2006. He has been a runner since 1973, a yoga practitioner since 1975 and taught yoga from 1977 to 2005. Mike is a member of the San Diego Track Club, the San Diego Triathlon Club and the International Massage Association.
